　　Preparation before opening a new outlet:
1、After both parties establish a cooperative relationship, we’ll charge a certain amount of deposit according to our company’s regulations and both parties should sign an agent sales contract and a regional exclusive sales authorization contract.
2、The agent should provide a detailed ichnography of the outlet, a layout map of the whole floor and digital photos to map out a decoration plan.
3、Set the decoration duration and opening date.
4、Prepare opening samples, ornaments and other related materials in the factory and both parties should set down the delivery date and the rule of delivery against cash.
5、Send people from the factory to help the building, to solve problems and train the shop assistants to meet corresponding standards
